VendorTV gives a tour of former Shins drummer Jesse Sandoval’s food cart and butchers his last name. Sand Oval? Really? And if you’re wondering what former Shins keyboardist Marty Crandall is doing these days, apparently he’s standing outside Sandoval’s food cart, eating New Mexican food. Man that food does look good.

Sounds delicious! I just came back from mexico last week and find myself addicted to these incredible enchilada recipes now!! Must go back next year sometime, I suppose, and this time head off of the beaten track a little. Looking to reading more!

Hey there, long time lurker here with my first ever comment! My only daughter is getting married to her lovely mexican boyfriend soon, and I’m tasked with preparing the wedding party! I thought enchiladas would be a nice party snack, so trying to find some good enchilada recipes. What do you think? Any more ideas?? Anyway, thanks for your hard work as ever…
