So a while back I was scoping YouTube for videos of one of my favorite songwriters, Dan Bern, when I happened across Anthony DaCosta covering one of his tunes. Upon listening to some of his original work, I began to hate my own musical abilities. He’s a ridiculously good songwriter. I’m sure you’ll like his stuff, especially if you’re into the whole singer/songwriter/folk scene.

I’m placing a video below of his song “Note”, but be sure to also check out the video for “The Devil’s Won” which was recorded at the Kerrville Folk Festival last year. Imagine how perturbed I was to find that I’d been at the festival and left mere minutes before his set. The world hates me.
